Geologic/Engineering Services for a Road Assessment within the Big River Unit of Mendocino Headlands State Park – Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

RFQ DEADLINE: 3:00 P.M. PDT June 14, 2024

The Mendocino County Resource Conservation District (MCRCD) is administering Interagency Agreement C23651021 with the California Department of Parks and Recreation (Owner) to complete a comprehensive assessment of unpaved roads within the Mendocino Headlands State Park – Big River Unit. 

This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for a firm to perform a full road inventory and assessment of no more than 100 road miles within the Big River Unit. The goal of the contract is to complete the prescribed work per specification within a window of time using the criteria outlined in this RFQ. 

Sealed responses will be accepted by the Mendocino County Resource Conservation District, until the hour of 3:00 p.m. on June 14, 2024. Responses will be reviewed, and proponents notified by 5:00 pm on June 18, 2024, whether they were selected for the project or not.
