Invitation to Bid Dated: November 18, 2022
Bid Deadline: 2:00 P.M. December 9, 2022
Sealed proposals will be received by the Mendocino County Resource Conservation District, State of California, until the hour of 2:00 pm, Friday December 9th. At that time, bids submitted prior to the deadline will be publicly opened and read aloud in the office of the Mendocino County Resource Conservation District, 998 Hearst Rd. Willits CA 95490 (telephone 707-462-3664) for construction in accordance to the specifications as described herein. Specifications, forms, and contract documents may be viewed at the office of the Mendocino County Resource Conservation District, 998 Hearst Rd. Willits CA 95490 between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
A pre-bid mandatory meeting and site tour is scheduled for this project. The pre-bid meeting will begin at 9:00am Monday December 5th. The meeting will be located at 22360 Eastside Rd. Willits CA 95490.
Bids are required for the entire work described herein.
The prime contractor for the work herein shall possess the following valid license issued by the State of California at the time the bid is submitted and this contract is awarded:
A-License, General Engineering Contractor
The anticipated construction period of this contract is December 2022
